An individual's personal information be it his/her job profile/ detailed resume or any other information like communication details or Employer details shall be provided by SNP to prospective employers/clients at its discretion. Further, SNP has full rights whatsoever on the information submitted by either the candidates / client / manpower co's and shall / may at its discretion verify / authenticate information supplied - by any means as thought fit.

By submitting your Resume to SNP and / other registration details by employers, expresses your consent for the same. This information shall not be disclosed to any party other than clients/prospective clients of SNP/ its associates except when forced to do so by court of law.

In case any information supplied is found to be incorrect or misleading, SNP reserves the right to immediately cancel your registration. Also SNP has full rights to refuse registration to individuals/organizations etc as thought fit by them.
