Job Role: Billing & Planning Engineer/Manager – Railways

Work Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Education

Min.: Graduation, Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, CIVIL / EEE / ECE is preferred, Project Management is preferred

Age Max.: 40-50

Computer Literacy

Strong working capability with Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Languages

Compulsory: English & Hindi

Presentation Skills

Able to converse fluently and strong communication skills (spoken & written)

Experience / Responsibilities

  • To ensure billing as per the milestones and business plan, pursue the client to record the billing and collect receivables
  • Tracking of daily / weekly financial progress vis-à-vis site execution and supply of material
  • Coordinate with client regarding compliances necessary for RA bills / invoices clearance
  • Aggressively follow up with clients for release of payment
  • Occasionally visit site with client to resolve RA bills and record Measurement Book and maintain customer relationship
  • Collection of Work in Progress from site representatives.
  • Tracking of sale vs cost against each BOQ line items
  • MIS for management with regards to billing – monthly 

Years of Experience

04 to 08 Years or more of experience in Planning and Billing in Construction or Rail Industry
