Job: HR Manager (Delhi-NCR)

Work Location : New Delhi (NCR)
Position Reporting To : Directors
Kras/Kpis
– Around 35 – 40 Years of Age.
– A Graduate, with Management Diploma in HR/IR.
– Responsible for all Hr, Administration and Environment, Health and Safety Functions, and Coordination of the Same Across all Units/branches.
– Have More Than 10 Years Experience in Industry, Out of Which the Major, Including Last Assignments, Should Be with Hr/Administration Dept.
– Should Either Be a Manager or Minimum as a Dy. Manager Hr & Admin.
– Experience Preferably in Auto-Component/Light Engineering Industry.
– Preferably Located in Delhi/NCR.
– Preferably Should have Own Conveyance.
– Experience of Liaising with Labour/Municipal/Fire/Pollution Departments, Preferably in Haryana, with Good Knowledge of Factory Act/Labour Laws and Compliances. Should have Good Liaison Abilities.
– Important to Be a Hands-on Person.
– Experience of Managing Adhoc Projects/small Civil Works/contractors.
– Good Team Leader, Able to Coordinate with other Departments and Inspire Others.
– Good English and Hindi. It Has Been Seen that Many Manager Level Persons are Very Poor At English Correspondence.
– Good Computer Knowledge/experience.
– Some Experience of Working in An ERP Environment.
– Worked in a Quality Certified Company, Preferably with Experience of Iso-14001 and Ohsas-18001.
– Ability to Maintain Good Industrial Relations.
– Disciplined, with Good Conduct and Mannerisms.
– Not a Frequent Job-hopper, with Valid Reasons for a Change of Company.
