QUALIFICATION : Graduate Degree (MSc. or PhD) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent

CORE SKILLS : R, Python, SAS, Matlab, SQL, Hive, Spark etc.

Candidate must have +3 Years of Working Experience in related position, Industry experience is highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE

Must be talented Data Scientist with software development (such as JAVA, R, Python, C, C#, C++. Prefer object-oriented programming expertise) and analytical skills and a strong academic and commercial background.
Well equipped with knowledge and experience with combined data skills to develop and deliver scalable and robust analytics models, or end-to-end data science projects. Able to communicate insights that deliver business values.

ROLES :

Query very complex data. Applies advanced statistical and predictive modelling techniques to build, maintain and improve decision support systems.
Build advance analytics model. Derive complex insights and deploy models. Present analysis outcome and communicate insights that can guide actionable results.
Lead a team of Data Engineers to understand business requirements that impact the design and development of proposed solutions.
Project manage a data science project to successful completion. Continually enhance the advanced analytics program by staying up to date latest data science, advanced analytics and big data trends.

Initial Duration of Employment : 2 years or extendible

Probation Period : 3 – 6 Months

All others as per MALAYSIA Labour Law
