EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Adequate experience on Strategy, Commercial and Physical Planning.
  • Experience on Project Scheduling & monitoring (tasks, timelines, compliances and communication with all stake holders.)
  • Preparation and distribution of DPR, WPR formats.
  • Schedule and activity reviews.
  • Task Distributions & follow ups post reviews between projects and associated departments.
  • Upkeep and circulation of DPR, WPRs and MPRs.
  • Control of Project Documentations and record keeping.
  • Drafting communications
  • Target and statistical analysis of all projects
  • Preferred understanding of Railway & Metro Infrastructure Industry – P Way, Track, Signalling & Telecom, Over Head Electrification
  • Have working experience with Project Management Lifecycle – Feasibility studies, DPR, BOQ, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning etc.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple internal and external interfaces
  • Able to capture requirements from various departments within the client’s organization
  • Experience in developing and presenting solutions to clients.
