URGENTLY REQUIRED QUALITY ENGINEERS FOR HYDERABAD METRO (INDIA)

• Experience Required Around 3-5 years

• B. Tech

• Language : Compulsory: English, Hindi

• Skills : Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude, Handles Rejection Well, Customer Focus and Result Oriented Approach

• Good communication and written skills
• Resource planning, Delegation
• Instructional skills/ Presentation skills
• Data management

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• ISO and other standards requirements and their interpretations,

• Processes structuring and impacts analysis

• Working knowledge of international rail industry safety & technical standards is desirable.

• International Rail Industry Standard [IRIS]

• Link-UP and IRSE license scheme {for UK market for all three verticals}

• RAMS implementation for S&T Designs

• HSE processes development and implementation – per the Metro projects requirements

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Advise, support and guide the project across the disciplines of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management and practices, particularly in relation to parent company policies, best practice initiatives and the requirements of relevant legislation and industry standards.

• Conducting Internal Audits and Management Review as laid down in ISO QMS

• Co-ordinate with external agencies on QMS implementation

• Support the business development team in becoming a valued sub-vendors of the prospective clients

• Overall Health Monitoring with a view to improving systems and processes

• Plan for additional certifications for ISO and other types for all Rail group entities and implement processes

• Train and mentor Engineers for Quality / HSE roles

• Periodic Audits of management system

• Success of the Health & Safety System Development Objectives, through regular review of the action plan activities and reporting to the business
