URGENTLY REQUIRED SALES EXECUTIVES (HARDWARE & SOFTWARE) FOR OUR REPUTED CLIENT IN OMAN

1. SALES EXECUTIVES (SYSTEM INTEGRATION) 05 AS PER QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

SALES EXECUTIVE with a desire for success as part of Company growth strategy. This is a “Hunter” position. Responsible for achieving individual IT sales goals in all verticals. This position reports to the Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have the experience and a proven track record of individual IT technology and solutions sales throughout. Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding individual performance objectives as established by the Sales Manager. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meets and/or exceeds individual IT technology and services sales quota.
  • Work with the management team to institute processes and procedures that drive individual sales.
  • Knowledge of System Integration, Mobility, Security, and Big Data.
  • Well versed in multi-vendor Hardware and Software solutions.
  • Understands the difference between transactional and solutions based sales model.
  • Successful sales of IT technology including Storage, Servers, Networking, PCs, and Print solutions.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue stream in accordance with your annual quota.
  • Ensure that the CRM is kept accurate and up-to-date.
  • Demonstrate strong people and business leadership skills.

QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have their own “Book of Business” created from previous IT sales experience.
  • 4-year Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent in directly related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of business-to-business consultative IT sales experience.
  • Proven ability to hunt, develop and manage mid to enterprise and global clients.
  • Successful track record in developing new business opportunities.
  • Outstanding skills in sales leadership, strategic planning, personnel management, self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and executive presence skills.
  • Highly competitive and self-motivated with the ability to deliver results quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong customer presentation skills.
  • Team player

Computer Skills. Fluency in written & spoken English a must.

Valid certificate as per their Qualification & Experience Remuneration at par with the industry.

Contract Validity : 4 years Minimum & Renewable

All others as per OMAN Labour Law
