URGENTLY REQUIRED VP / SR. GM PROJECTS MANAGEMENT FOR A LEADING PRIVATE SECTOR RAILWAY COMPANY IN BANGLORE (INDIA)

Gender : Male      Nationality : Indian            Job Location : India           Age : Max 50

• Education : BE/B.TECH/ ME in Engineering
• Language : English,  Hindi

• Computers : Required (Word / Excel/ Power Point, Project Management Tools like MSP, Prima Vera etc)
• Reporting : Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• Team Size to be Handled : 15-20 Project Managers across multiple Locations in India
• Travel : Project Sites and Clients

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The desired Candidate is expected to bring with him 12-15 Years or more of experience in handling Multiple Infrastructure Projects ( Project Planning, Execution & Monitoring) etc.

Has to be responsible for Top Line and Bottom Line as per the Business Plan. Experience desired in Railways, Metros , Infrastructure EPC Company

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contract and Commercial Management for the Projects
• Top and Bottom Line Accountability for the Projects
• Planning Execution of Projects to meet Annual Business Plans and Targets.
• Develop and Implement Detailed Project Management Plan considering components around schedule, resources, approvals, constraints, risks, project costs, vendors etc.
• Effective Materials and Resource Management
• To manage overall execution activities as per scope of Contract.
• Ensure Quality and Safety at the time of Execution
• Coordination with Sub Contractors, Government officials, Local Bodies, and Clients for execution of Projects
• To manage scope and mitigate risks across Projects
• To ensure adherence to Policies and Guidelines of the Organization
• Ensure achievement of cost saving initiatives to achieve targeted savings in the time frame.
• Conduct timely Projects Monitoring and review for maintaining schedule and cost control
