S’NP was Founded in the year 1992 as a Local Recruiting Proprietary Firm, under the name of Shielders ’N Placers to meet the Requirements of the Domestic Job Market.

Thereafter, to assist & bridge the void between different Sectors (Specialty as well as Niche) the Proprietary Firm changed its line of operation to that of an International Recruitment Agency within a short span of 3 years and in 1995, the name was changed to Shielders ‘N Placers International.

The Partnership Firm was further formally incorporated into a Private Limited Company in the year 2003 and was christened as Shielders ’N Placers (Overseas) Pvt. Ltd.
